Sleepytime Diffuser



For anyone with trouble sleeping, or staying asleep, a great mix of essential oils can help! Below is my favorite recipe for sleepy time.

Fill diffuser with water

Add 5-10 drops Lavender, depending on the size of your room

Add 1-2 drops German Chamomile

If you have frequent headaches, add 3-4 drops Eucalyptus Globulus

Diffuse while sleeping

For an extra sleep benefit, rub 2 drops Lavender on your arms.
